Educators that belong to the Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) are required to have six hours of training each fiscal year. Two of the six hours must be devoted to recordkeeping requirements, two hours of training must be devoted to food safety and sanitation and two hours must be devoted to nutrition education.
